Good afternoon, I ordered a set of tyres about a week ago and I would just like to compliment your team on providing such a good customer service experience, even after the sale was complete. Due to the car's AWD system, minor sidewall damage to a single tyre forced me to replace the full set. I just want to mention the outstanding service I received from Errol’s Tyres. I ordered 2 sets of tyres online and the entire process from ordering to having the tyres fitted to both vehicles was seamless. Both sets were delivered to my chosen fitment centre within 3 days of placing the order. The service I got from Rory and the lady who answers the phones (I think her name is Karin?) was superb. They are friendly, accommodating with all of my questions (I had lots), patient and professional. Even the fitment centre that they have partnered with (Rand Airport, Germiston) was outstanding. Price wise, I got a great deal on my tyres and saved quite a bit of money compared with the other well know tyre resellers. I will never buy tyres anywhere else, ever again. Not only that, their systems and processes work so well and keep you informed when you order online via their website. First get a quote, if they have stock, you get an email and can then confirm and pay for your order and you will be notified throughout on what happens next. Great service. Fast and well priced. This is a bit of a late review. I needed tires for my Jeep Cherokee a few months ago and I phoned around to every tyre dealer I could think of. Tyres are not cheep as it is, but four tyres from any of the big dealers was crazy high. I decided to look online and quickly found Errols Tyres. Their prices were amazing so I was a little sceptical, but they had some good reviews around the web. 24 hours later I had four new tyres fitted to my car and at a brilliant price. Very useful website This internet tyre-sales business looks impressive, although I have not bought tyres from them. Their website is incredibly useful especially on the technical side, and you look up your tyre size and they tell you what brands are available in SA, with a detailed description of the tyre's technical specs. Their price (excl. shipping cost and of course fitting) is also a good guideline when asking for quotes from local tyre dealers. It would be a bit of a schlep to get tyres delivered to your front door and then have to cart them to a local dealer for fitting. Paul

Hi Rory, Thank you for your excellent service that I have personally experienced since my order was placed and until it was delivered. First thing I noticed upon delivery of the ARTAV styling bar is that it was wrapped in a proper manner that made it very difficult to damage during transport. Secondly, after unwrapping, the fitment started, & to my surprise all the fitting holes lined up perfectly without the "usual bend here and drill here with a bigger drill bit" as is in with some other aftermarket spares. This reflects on quality conscious suppliers who take pride in their products. The finishing of the product is perfect. After living in US, I had become accustomed to the ease and savings associated with shopping online. I came across Errol’s Tyres Online in South Africa and their prices seemed pretty good in comparison to other quotes that I had gotten from local tyre dealers. Dealing with Rory was great. He was quick to respond to any query that I had and very helpful. The tyres arrived 3 days after payment and I am very happy with them. I will definitely buy my next set of tyres from them.

Hi Rory, just a short note to say thanks for your excellent service. Bought 4 Firestone tires on Tuesday and on Friday the green Globeflight mini-van stopped at my home and delivered the tires.
