About Errols Tyres

Errol's Tyre & Exhaust Centre opened their retail business on the 16th August 1985.

Errol, who worked for Bridgestone / Firestone SA for 12 years, decided to "go it alone” with his wife Heather. Being on the management team of Firestone, and having been involved with the set up and formation of the well known new tyre franchise, Supa Quick, gave Errol the opportunity and drive to start his own business.

Errol's sons, Rory and Russell, after their tertiary education, joined the business and have become an important integral part of the business. Their continual enthusiasm and sound in-house training, is testimony to their on-going success and service excellence. This continual training offers to our customers an extremely high degree of product expertise and knowledge of all our product range.

Our family run business bases its ethos on service excellence and combined with over 50 combined years of experience we must and can deliver total customer satisfaction.

Errols Tyres Online South Africa was launched in 2012, as a totally separate entity to the retail operation, using both Errol's expertise and both his sons, Russell & Rory's, many years of experience within the retail fitment industry. By adopting the same philosophy of customer care and satisfaction, this family run business is prepared to go the extra mile for and on behalf of their online customers.

As of January 2018, we have over 80 Fitment Partners spread across the country, where our Online Shoppers may elect to have their selected manufacturer and import products delivered to, free of charge, thus negating delivery charges. Obviously this is subject to these products being fitted at the selected Fitment Partner at a very reasonable fitting charge. AND we are expanding our Fitment Partner numbers to include those areas of the country not covered as yet. All Fitment Partners have been vetted to ensure that our Online Shopper have their purchase fitted by experts in their field. Most Fitment Partners are well established franchised businesses. 

A closing thought: WITHOUT CHANGE, THERE IS NO INNOVATION, CREATIVITY OR INCENTIVE FOR IMPROVEMENT. THOSE WHO INITIATE CHANGE WILL HAVE A BETTER OPPORTUNITY TO MANAGE THE CHANGE THAT IS INEVITABLE..
