FALKEN WILDPEAK M/T01 - MUD TERRAIN

The Wildpeak M/T was designed with an aggressive non-directional tread design, which features a high void ratio, staggered, hook-shaped tread blocks, open shoulders, a detailed upper sidewall and off-set shoulder tread blocks to boost the mud terrain traction. This tread design enables the tire to firmly grip the road surface throughout its off-road performance, on soft and loose terrain surfaces. The upper sidewall pattern and detailed shoulder design increase the tire’s forward motion in deep mud and soft dirt as it improves the number of biting edges needed to ensure the tire’s performance.

The special tread design also maintains a clean footprint. The high void ratio, open shoulders and the staggered tread blocks keep the footprint clean of mud. These tread elements eliminate mud and snow stuck between the tread elements, which ensures the tire’s constant terrain surface contact as it prevents the tire from being blocked from its contact with the road surface. The tread also features stone ejecting ribs in the shoulder grooves. They prevent stone retention from harming the tire’s casing by ejecting rocks stuck between the tread elements. In this manner, the tire guarantees a secure off-road drive.
