Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (Pty) Ltd (SRSA), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd, which is headquartered in Japan. Following the acquisition from Apollo Tyres Limited, SRSA became the 11th country location in which SRI has its operations globally.
SRSA has its Head Office in Durban and factory plant in Ladysmith KZN. The company produces, amongst other reputable tyre brands, the iconic Dunlop brand that has had a presence in South Africa for over 100 years. The company produces passenger, SUV / 4x4 and light truck tyres in almost all vehicle applications.
